Shipping policy

All accepted orders will be shipped within 4-5 business days. Please be aware that our town experienced horrific flooding in September of 2025. Our post office is and will remain closed until an alternate location can be found. All shipments from us will originate in neighboring towns, which could include Black Mountain, Oteen, Asheville and Old Fort. Once operations resume, shipping will originate in Swannanoa, NC.
